QPIX: Makeing Filmmakers - Build the Film and Televiosion Industry, developing and training filmmakers

This is a service provided by QPIX to the screen industry and it is recommended to both students and graduates of QPIX Training.

It functions as an open-access agency, profiling both emerging and established crew and “key creatives”.  Executive Producers, Producers and Directors make use of the files in building their production teams.

Virtually all key crew and creative roles are represented in the service. 

The service is used extensively by the independent production sector. It has also proven an invaluable tool for students from QPIX Training, and from other student productions at the tertiary and VET level, in their team-building. 
The QPIX CREW LINK personnel are increasingly in evidence in the Queensland tertiary graduate productions from every year, assisting in bringing their growing expertise to bear on every new production.

The quality of the work of individuals can often be assessed from viewing some of the many thousands of titles archived in QPIX’s unique video library, the world’s most comprehensive collection of independent Queensland production from the last 8 years.

There are at this time no charges for registering in the CREW LINK service and none in the event an individual secures a contract.

As QPIX Training annually permits willing students a controlled amount of leave from the course to participate in external production, all students and graduates are strongly encouraged to register in CREW LINK as it provides them with a direct access to production.
